Hey there StatRollers! I recently launched a RollStats YouTube page where I have been creating new videos every Tuesday and Thursday featuring Dungeons & Dragons RPG discussion and theory, along with reviews of Dungeons & Dragons RPG Products and Accessories, both new and old. And today I want to take a few minutes to talk about how awesome the YouTube RPG community is, how great my subscribers are and how fantastic all of you are!
The RollStats YouTube page recently broke 100 subscribers, and I know it’s not really that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things. There are channels out there with thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of subscribers. But, thanks to you all the RollStats YouTube page broke 100 subscribers in just 10 days. On February 15th the first video went up and on Sunday the 25th ten days from then, we broke a hundred subscribers! Which was unbelievable to me, again I know in the grand scheme of things it seems really small but to me it’s phenomenal and I appreciate each and every one of you. So I wanted to take a few minutes to give back and say thanks!
I collect quite a bit of Dungeons & Dragons, books, supplements, and accessories. Quite frankly I talk about Dungeons & Dragons with everyone that I see, everyone that I know, it’s my hobby, my passion, my love. So that means, in terms of gifts (think birthdays, holidays that sort of thing) people buy me Dungeons & Dragons stuff. The thing is (as somewhat of a collector) I have a lot of that stuff already. And it’s kind of rude to say “Oh, well I already have that.” after somebody has picked something up. So I end up with some extra D&D books, supplements, and accessories.
So here’s what we’re going to do! We’re going to run a giveaway celebrating one hundred subscribers at the RollStats YouTube page! As my way of thanking subscribers to the RollStats YouTube page for the support I’ve decided to give one lucky subscriber (chosen at random) one (1) of the following three books (winners choice):
- Ed Greenwood Presents Elminster’s Forgotten Realms
- Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition Monster Manual
- Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition Xanathar’s Guide to Everything
I realize that not all of you are subscribers to the RollStats YouTube page but there is still time to subscribe and get in on this! You have until 11:59 PM on Monday, March, 12th to enter the contest and win one of three books listed above. So this is how you’ll enter:
- Live in the United States or Canada (Sorry rest of the world)
- Subscribe to the RollStats Youtube page
- Like this video on YouTube
- Comment on this video on YouTube with the book you would like to receive if you are chosen at random, AND a topic or idea for an upcoming video on RollStats
The contest is eligible for residents of the United States and Canada only and ends at 12:00 AM CST on March 13th, so be sure to do all of the above before then. On Tuesday, March 13th I will publish a video announcing the winner drawn at random from all of the entrants who meet the requirements above!
I appreciate you all more than you’ll ever know! I’m looking forward to another hundred subscribers, or another thousand subscribers, or another ten thousand subscribers! The more people that we can get playing this game, talking about this game and just enjoy each other’s company the happier I am! I love you all! I love this game! Dungeons & Dragons is a fantastic game and I really just want to inspire more people to begin playing the game, more people to get into the game, and more people to talk about the game! Again I can’t thank you all enough you’ve been fantastic!
So that’s my giveaway! Good luck, and I can’t wait to see who wins! As always, if you found this post valuable please like, comment, and follow! It would really help me out, and you’ll get new posts every Tuesday and Thursday featuring Dungeons & Dragons RPG discussion and theory, along with reviews of Dungeons & Dragons RPG Products and Accessories, both new and old.
Thanks for reading, and until next time, may the dice roll ever in your favor!
